Clean place with city views and very nice and personable staff. Marvellous and fab location for our needs, close enough to landmarks and restaurants as well as bars, restaurants. And a 5-minute walk from a lively market.

Enjoyed our vacation here. Our room was great, it had a balcony with a wake-up call service, which was convenient. 🌞

very central location in hanoi's old city. also - near to all major sights and the main shopping strip on hang gai, hanoi-old quarter and transport to-and-fro the airport at very competitive pricing compared to grab or uber.

The staff was willing to help all the time.

Enjoyed our stay, had a pleasant 1 day overall. the location was great and brilliant, minutes from old town. - the room was extremely spacious and silent with smoke detectors for safety measures. - the room also had a balcony, a flat-screen television, and storage.

I was offered a room with good views of the city. The service was fantastic, the breakfast was outstanding.

The room was not clean at all. Besides for exposed wires on the wall, a flashing light and a very loud room, there were actually what looked like mushrooms growing in the bathroom!

A top-notch stay that's hard to forget with awesome suggestions for places to eat and things to see! the location is unbeatable, super close to some great restaurants. 🌟

The staff at this hotel are incredible! We have stayed in five star hotels around the world and the staff do not come close as to the service from the Charming Hotel 2! I have no idea who the owner is but he/she have found and trained the best staff! Friendly without any falseness... These guys are genuine! I cannot write enough good things about the staff... From the Bell boys, reception to the night reception everyone was wonderful. We also book our Halong tour with them without any pressure as I felt that if we had had any problems with our tour they would have sorted this out... Also left our luggage with them during our tour and came back to a greeting from friends and our luggage all ready in our new room! Perfect!

The safe in the room can be tricky at times.

I had an elegant and perfect room with a balcony, a soft and comfortable bed, and good facilities. The staff was charming, great, and willing to help. The daily service was fantastic, and I was able to park my car nearby.

The employees at Hanoi Charming 2 Hotel were really nice people. They pretty much all spoke English. Nothing to worry about when I stayed in the hotel with my children.

A little too much walk from the Lake, especially during the rush hour with all the motorbikes.

the staff were very helpful and very friendly and honest returning a watch which we left in the bathroom before we left for 3 nights stay at Ha Long Bay when we return back to the city,keeping in the hotel safe.Service was excellent.We were upgraded to executive room from superior upon arrival with welcome mango drink.

The location of this place is fantastic, it's very close to Hi Spa, and the view is absolutely amazing.

The hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond expectations on several occasions. Rooms are modern and comfortable.
